ZooThe Zoological Society is doing our annual Trim-a-Tree Project. We invite
youth groups of any kinds to come to the Milwaukee County Zoo and decorate holiday trees (beautiful real trees donated by Hawks!) It would be great to have multiple Boy Scout [units] join us. Are you able to distribute the attached flyer? Or do you have suggestions as to how I can get in touch with a wide range of troops?

The event is free, but the youth groups must make 75+ themed ornaments to decorate their tree. Decorating days are Wednesday, Dec. 2 or Thursday, December 3. We provide trees with lights and light refreshments. The trees are then on display in the U.S. Bank Gathering Place (main Zoo entrance area) through January 4th.

Registration deadline is Friday, Oct. 23, but we are limited to 30 trees – the sooner the better.

Please see the attached flyer for more information, and don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.

Thank you,
