Had a great talk this weekend with a Scoutmaster near where I live. We talked a little about training and district involvement. She told me that the best training an adult leader can get comes from Roundtable!

Roundtable meets once a month, and is a gathering and sharing with other unit leaders that know exactly what you’re dealing with. It’s the best place to find answers to what works, because you’re hearing from people who are actually using these strategies and methods.

But Roundtable only works when Scouters come ready to share. Roundtable is a discussion, not a lecture – and we need your voices there to help make it complete.

Please consider joining the Fox River District Roundtable – all you have to do is show up! Hope to see you there!
