As a Cubmaster, you are the key leader for “making your Pack go.” In my training role in the council, I want to do what I can to help you be the best Cubmaster you can be.
In the past week, I’ve updated the old “Southeast Wisconsin Council” informal training website, to better serve all Scouters in the Three Harbors Council. Things designed to help you, include:
- ONLINE SCOUTING RESOURCES - a listing of internet resources by Donna Jaworski, a member of the Cub Scout Roundtable Staff in the Gateway District (Kenosha).
- PACK AND DEN ADVANCEMENT – Resources to help your Cub Scouts be recognized for what they do, and to make “advancement organization” easier for Den Leaders.
- TRAITS OF HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL CUBMASTERS – What do Cubmasters do to have very successful Packs. These ideas came from Cubmasters in the Three Harbors Council.
