A note from Ed Brandon, Scout Executive for Three Harbors Council:

This week (April 15-21) is National Volunteer Week, a perfect time to recognize the tremendous value of Scouting’s volunteers on all levels of our organization.

The more than 4,000 volunteers who make the Three Harbors Council a success each year instantly comes to mind. Scouting’s growth is built on that and many other volunteer efforts that help us meet challenges and accomplish our goals. Volunteering is a labor of love for many people, but it still takes time, energy and commitment. We are honored and grateful that so many volunteers support Scouting so eagerly in our communities.

Thank you from the nearly 25,000 young people that you help each year. Especially this week, we salute you and your work!
