The Three Harbors Council has received a set of $100 Lowe’s Gift Cards to be used for Eagle Scout Projects this calendar year. To qualify, your Eagle Project Workbook must be approved, and an application must be sent to the Three Harbors Council office to be reviewed by the District Advancement Committees.
