Scouts know how important it is to Do A Good Turn, so when the owner of an Apple Orchard offered to the Boy Scouts of Troop 300 the chance to come pick apples for donation to local food pantries, the boys jumped at the chance. Braving temps slightly above freezing in the morning, they picked a full pickup truck full of apples which will in turn be donated to local pantries to provide a fresh and healthy treat.

The boys were rewarded for their hard work getting to make and take home fresh apple cider and yummy caramel apples!
