Kanwa tho has reserved 40 slots for NOAC. There is a possibility of getting more, but no guarantee. Watch your mail in the coming days for information on claiming one of those 40 slots.https://fbcdn-profile-a.akamaihd.net/hprofile-ak-xfa1/v/t1.0-1/p100x100/564978_10151172776291776_271952137_n.png?oh=ee8ce5c399cbb9d67636ed5505d8c818&oe=54B6A7A5&__gda__=1421519390_92520b42be2bf210b7cf581ab61b18b8Order of the Arrow - Boy Scouts of AmericaWe have had tremendous interest in NOAC 2015 and are excited about what will prove to be our largest conference in our 100 years. To put this in context, we currently have 50% more participants and staff registered than our largest conference ever. We had planned on opening the registration site on October 1st to allow lodges to add additional participants to their contingents. Unfortunately, due to overwhelming demand we have reached our capacity to accept additions to existing contingent registrations at this time. We understand that lodges would like to add participants to their contingents and have developed a “waitlist” to enable lodges to request these additional spots. Here is how we'll move forward:If a lodge would like to be placed on the waitlist, please send an email to noac.registrar@registration.oa-bsa.org with the following information (please be realistic on all numbers): Council name and number, number of additional YOUTH spots needed, number of additional ADULT spots needed, and contact name and email address. Councils that have not yet registered will be contacted in the coming days to discuss their contingent needs and will be asked to make a commitment at that time.We are working on additional housing to accommodate more participants. This will take some time. We appreciate everyone's patience.Michael HoffmanVice Chairman, National Events
